DJ Tome

DJ Tome’s passion for music was born in his hometown of Brooklyn, New York. It has allowed him to perform in far off places such as the Dominican Republic and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. His natural abilities of mixing and being able to read any crowd has kept him working continuously at various clubs for the past ten years. His use of an open format, playing what’s hot, from House to Commercial Hip Hop to Rock or just about any genre, keeps the energy level high, the music interesting and the party going. Wether spinning at a major nightclub or playing a charity function his love and dedication for the music remains the same.

While starting out as a mobile disc jockey in the 90’s and learning the basics of his craft, he discovered his natural talent of being able to read a crowd and give them what they wanted. His ability to control a crowd thru music was developing.

DJ Tome broke into the New Jersey bar and club scene as an opener at the then famous Poor Billy’s. Word quickly spread and in 2002 he earned himself a residency at Paradox Nightclub (formerly Club Shout). The time at Paradox provided him with the opportunity to be featured on live broadcasts on New Yorks 103.5 KTU as well as New Yorks’s leading radio station Z100. In the summer of 2004, looking to expand his repertoire, DJ Tome started performing down the Jersey Shore. His reputation for being able to please a crowd spread and he was quickly named the summer resident at The Marlin and The Ketch. Now, with three different venues to perform in, on a consistent basis, DJ Tome was able to hone his skills.
